I am known for loving a challenge – from leading teams to launch a brand in a highly competitive market to growing market share in a niche space – my passion keeps me awake at night and my drive on emails early in the morning!

Awarded a Master’s degree in management and finance at the University of Lausanne and a Swiss CPA certificate, I spent 15 years in accounting and consulting firms before joining Helvet Group in 2016.

I was the Director of Strategic Planning at McCann Healthcare Paris from 2013-2016, and previously Head of Planning for Havas Life Paris and Havas Life New York from 2006 -2013.

Erica leads our medical copywriting team with an MSc in Clinical Neuroscience and a BA in Biology.
After working several years in laboratory and clinical research, and thereafter in medical and scientific communications, Erica joined the pharmaceutical marketing side of the business, working with clients such as Bayer, Shire, GSK, Gilead Sciences, Ipsen, Allergan, AbbVie and AZ, across therapies, including oncology, neurology, immunology, women’s health, and rare diseases – in both Global and European markets.

Damien started his career in the healthcare sector, leading an IT integration team in the public hospital setting in the Rhône-Alpes of France. He quickly demonstrated his capacities in finding innovative solutions and was recruited to apply his knowledge and passion in the renewable energy industry.
Fast forward a bit more than a decade, and after having become an established entrepreneur in the digital space, Damien joined Helvet Health as Head of Digital.
Damien’s rich experience lends itself to easily identifying the role of digital – and how to communicate digitally – in order to reinforce our core messages and ideas with our core target audiences. Damien’s pedagogic approach, as well as great patience, enable him to lead a team of creative and digital professionals, from Geneva to Boston.
I’ve built up my experience in the healthcare industry for both European and global markets. I actually started my career in Account Management roles in PR and advertising firms in France and in Australia and then cultivated my strengths in creating content across a variety of therapeutic areas including oncology, gastroenterology, cardiology, infectious diseases, medical devices, immunology, endocrinology, women’s health, and rare diseases.
Holding an MSc in Health Biology and an MSc in Scientific Communications, I speak fluent English, French, and Portuguese.

As an insight mining partner to various players in the healthcare industry, I’ve cultivated my network of Thought Leaders and KOLs based on trust. Today, I can bring experts to the table across the board of healthcare categories and dig deeper into what drives their decisions.
I have over 25 years of experience in market research and insight mining across various categories of healthcare. I have also cultivated myself over the years and as a result, have wealth of experience across an extensive list of pathologies, therapeutic strategies, and associated clinical studies.

A client once told me, “an event organizer has one of the 5 most stressful jobs in the world preceded only by the astronaut, airline pilot, military officer, and firefighter”. I remember smiling to myself thinking she was just trying to break the ice with a bit of wit…but after 20 years of working in this sector, I can guarantee you that it is true. My experience and know-how are forged by the tourism sector, and I also gained experience in the various fields of the hospitality industry – my positions ranging from tour operator to event organizer.
Indeed, it would be impossible to create an event today – attempt to bring it to life without having had the experience and the knowledge required to master every single aspect of it. We work to anticipate and plan so that our clients know they can count on us.
